I have literally been trying to write this post since last Tuesday but this YouTuber has been keeping me busy and evolving and thinking. I know some of you are going to say it is dangerous to have a thought Kathryn. Her YouTube videos and Periscope and her website have been giving me a lot of creativity, motivation and focus. I first started watching Sheila at the start of the year when I first discovered the world of teacher bloggers. I have not looked back. Sheila is very passionate about reducing teacher burnout. I know some of you are probably wondering she's American - isn't she irrelevant in the UK education system. I am telling you she is SO RELEVANT because she looks at education as a whole not just. I love it.
